i´m too much of an eyesore to beg in this country. i remind myself that staring isn´t considered rude in the andes... but honestly i fit in better with the other US tourists. i look for packs of doughy, sunburned people wearing floppy hats and clip-on sunglasses. ahhh comfort zone. maybe someone else´s parents will take me out for seafood dinner.
