i'm in lima!
26 hot, sticky bus hours later, i've arrived and showered. i even ran into a friend from cusco to go shopping with.
things are good, very excited to be back at sea level, back in the hot weather, and in a safe hostel with a great location. i'm even spending $9 a night... SPLURGE.
Mom says: Lima, Lima, Lima: hooray you are there!!!I'm here with Grammy. It's 20 degrees and a foot of snow. Soak up the warmth while you can. We'll have deviled egss ready for you on Sunday. Any other requests??? I can't believe you met a friend from Cusco. What are the chances of that? Glad you have a buddy to pal around with for shopping and before your fight home. Love, Mom
